About

I'm Liam Hernandez, a violinist, pianist, and composer, from New Jersey!

I've loved music and video games for as long as I can remember, and even as a child, my dream was to either become a musician, or a video game developer (I have my 6th grade yearbook for proof!). For years to come, I thought that I had to choose between one or the other; I could dedicate myself to music or to game design, but not both. I finally decided to follow my gut, and I enrolled in the Berklee College of Music, with my heart set on studying Performance.

It was during my second semester that I found out that there would be a new major, called Game and Interactive Media Scoring, and suddenly I was 12 again, with the same passion I had before. Had the major been available any later, I would not have been able to graduate on time; the timing worked out beautifully. During these tremendously transformative four years, I learned the art of scoring for video games while performing and recording professionally for various artists in and around the Boston area, and I want to work with you as well!

I've accomplished my dream of becoming the artist I want to be, and I want to share the creative space with like-minded individuals of all sorts of disciplines and create.
